Physical Requirements

  • Excellent physical fitness and endurance
  • Previous caving or technical outdoor experience
  • Ability to carry 15kg backpack for extended periods
  • Comfortable with heights and confined spaces
  • Swimming ability for underground river crossings
  • Age between 18-60 with medical clearance
